Before teaching at Colgate University:

• Head Teaching Assistant for Cornell Economics Department (2024-2025), co-developed the new TA training for incoming economics graduate students

• Awarded Ernest Liu Family Outstanding Teaching Award, Cornell University (2022)

• Received an average score of 4.59/5 as a TA at Cornell (2020-2023)

• "Honestly, Kalie herself was the most valued part. She knew her stuff, was always ready to help and generally picked good, challenging problems for us. When we had trouble as a class with a problem, she'd work through the problems slowly and clearly explain them."; ""I appreciated being able to go over practice questions, and I also appreciated that Kalie would walk us through the intuition behind certain types of problems, allowing us to apply that knowledge to other types of problems"
